^ agree with this their CS is unmatched in my experience, had my ID replace once because the text was a little fuzzy and then again 2 months later for minor peeling. No questions asked it’s like dealing with amazon.

mine started to peel badly in about 7mos, I wickr messaged him, they made me buy a duplicate bc it was after 6mos since I had purchased it, which is what they covered..... this happened 2 weeks ago other than that his service is next level

You were charged the lower cost duplicate pricing in this circumstance? Just making sure a mistake wasn't made and you were not charged full price for something that should have had the life time, after the fact, discounted duplicate pricing applied.

I was charged the reduced pricing for the duplicate, in the past it was replaced mid last year due to similar problem, that time it was no cost.. dont get me wrong, you have great CS
