I'm a reseller and I had an ID that was shipped to the wrong address back in February even though I put down the right address in the form. I went through FYD support tickets and they realized it was a mistake on their end and I was able to get a reprint. They marked it paid but I recently just checked the status and it said my order was canceled.... is there a reason for this? has it happened to any of you
