I ordered a QC ID ($90) on June 11th - before ordering I contacted him and stressed that it was critical that I receive it before a certain date. He said it would not be a problem and offered me an "international express shipping" option for $90 extra (so $180 total) and told me I would get it within 6-10 days, which was good enough for me. To this day (23 days) I still did not receive it.
I went through with the order because of the good reviews, also he was very quick to respond to my emails and questions BEFORE placing the order. However once the order was placed the communication was much more difficult and I often had to send several e-mails and wait several days only to get vague answers. No tracking number whatsoever so no idea what happened to my shippment (was it even shipped?) which I find not really OK when you pay $90 extra just for shipping.
Asked for a refund (at least partial since half of the cost was extra for the shipping) given that it's now too late for the intended purpose but the vendor simply refused. Just offered a reship which won't be of any use to me.
It’s my understanding that posting transaction information or other sensitive info isn’t allowed here, but I can send those in private if there is a doubt, as proof that I am not making any of this up.
TLDR: I lost $180 to IDviking for nothing and would NOT recommend this vendor.
