What are good printers to print uv card I tried my inkjet printer but it jus smeared ink over the card

If you're trying to print UV on teslin I would recommend Epson R280. You can't print UV on PVC cards through an inkjet reliably. For a PVC card to print UV you need a card printer that support UV ink like for example any of the newer zebra zxp series etc
