FYD Problem ( self )

So my first shipment that they sent me hasn’t moved since May 6th. I contacted them and they said they would reprint them and reship them out. that was about 2 weeks ago and i’m getting no answers through support. I’m just wondering when they will be reshipped, I have all these kids bugging me and idk what to tell them.

Ive sent multiple tickets, im still in progess and I ask everytime for just a shipping estimate on MY order not in general 1-3 weeks and I never get one. Im not upset or anything i just need to let the kids i ordered from know.
