Ive placed order but it does not let me send money to ois. It says my payment is being denied by card issuer someone help

check paypal billing address, my amex address was custom to amex and giftcards didn't like it

everything seems to check out, tried contact their cs not really getting any responses

Probably your card getting declined because you're sending a payment to china, check with your bank or PayPal to give them a heads up. They are probably trying to prevent you from fraud.
