Depends on the state but buy the lams from China and laminate or put the sticker on the Id. And are you talking about holos or ovi because they are not interchangeable

Print holos on teslin? what are you on? by "holos" do you mean OVI? Do you mean UV? because you should/could print your UV right on teslin but you'd be mad to print OVI ink on teslin directly. It is much more efficient to screen your OVI on to laminate sheets

You screenprint the holos onto the inside of the laminate, not onto the teslin. Although I think California is polycarbonate and I'm not sure about Kansas tbh.

People here are usually pretty helpful if it looks like you've actually done some research and put in the time/effort to try and figure it out yourself. But it appears you haven't even really tried so you probably won't get much help.

No one is gonna spoon feed you for free. I would suggest you do some research into screenprinting and come back when you have a basic understanding of how stuff works and then ask a more specific question if you need to.

And yes it is a tedious process, that's why not everyone is a vendor.

You don't screen print holos, holograms are printed on overlays. OVI can be screen printed onto teslin and usually is, but there are a couple of states that have OVI overlays thought that is a bit rare.

When he said screenprinting I just assumed "holos" was being used in place of OVI but yes I was talking about OVI since I'm pretty sure both oCA and nCA have OVI and don't have overlays.

For teslin states I'm not exactly sure if the DMV has the OVI on their laminates or on the teslin itself but I'm pretty sure the standard method most vendors use is to screenprint the OVI onto the laminates.

Pretty sure the autist is talking about ooCA and oKS.

Yes we slap OVI on the laminates just the best way to do it since it wouldn't really be efficient to run each sheet through a third printer. Some ids have OVI overlays which are basically the same material holograms come on but instead of holographic ink OVI is used, but like I said this is a bit more rare I think only 2-3 states have used/are using that material.

Nowadays, in order to create a print on clothes, it is not necessary to order this service from a special workshop. You just need to have sublimation paper or special iron-on fabric printing sheets that go through the inkjet printer. Has anyone tried making this print on their clothes?

You need a computer that will allow you to run an application that allows you to format the image that is sent to the printer and has print options that allow you to select the correct inkjet printer settings to ensure that the print is done correctly on the sublimation paper or sheet of fabric to be printed. After printing you need to place the image printed side down on the fabric, make sure the fabric is flat and not wrinkled, use iron on paper with the correct settings to heat or melt the image onto the fabric and then remove the backing material. And everything is ready.
