I just ordered a group order from IDviking and I am so pleased. This has been incredibly easy to use and the actual IDs look perfect. I found the customer service was also great, every question I had was answered within 15 hours and politely. I needed my IDs in a hurry and IDViking made sure to get it to me before my deadline which I appreciated so much. I know many other sites make people wait upwards of two months and I got mine within 9 days. They look and feel great as well; they came with the Real ID star and everything. Also, I downloaded an app to make sure that they scan and they all do perfectly, however as the organizer of the group I got two extra IDs and when scanned it said 88 feet and 4 inches whereas on the front of the license it says 5'4 (I am not 88 feet tall). The prices were great as well and each person received 2 IDs. I will be recommending IDViking to anyone who asks me because of the quality, customer service, ability to get to me even in a pandemic. (Update) after posting this review about the scanning issue, IDViking reached out to me about getting the problem resolved. I appreciate this commitment to my experience and I believe the issue wasn’t with the scanning but rather the app I was using to scan. Can not recommend this website enough. 5/5 stars.
