You can get any solid state tbh, NYC gets visitors from literally everywhere. But if you want one that'll pass there and anywhere in NJ guaranteed too (I've gotten trouble in NJ for pulling out an out of state), go for nPA from Oldironsides, or go for nCT/nRI.
