Had some important updates I need to get out so please read this whole post entirely if you order from us or plan on it in the future :)

December Orders on RTPcompleted

Orders that show a status of RTPcompleted from December are set to be updated in the next few days. We had an issue on our end and had to correct all those orders before shipping them out. Luckily we caught the issue before we printed all of them but it added about a week or so delay to these orders. This is why tracking hasn't been posted just yet.

Future Delay For Teslin 1 States

Any IDs that come from our Teslin 1 office will have about a 1-2 week delay since there is a holiday coming up in the country we print from. The last day to get orders placed and paid is by tonight. Any orders placed/paid after 1/18 will be effected by this delay. Holiday Period: 1/21-2/3

States Effected: AZ, nCT, nIL, MI, NJ, NM, NC, OR, nPA, nSC, oSC, TN, TX, WA

n=newer version

Note: This delay only effects the above states and none of the others

Faster Options During Holiday

If you need something within a quicker time frame these are the best options:

Faster States: AR, oCT, FL, oIL, ME, MO, MS, OH, oPA, RI, VT

o=older version

ME, MO, OH, oCT, oPA, AR and VT are the best options out of those states. These come in around 1-2.5 weeks on avg.

Customer Service/Ticket Replys

Sorry for the delay on ticket replies. Since we had to move hosts last week there were a few kinks in the system after the transfer. I just found out today that my CS has been unable to perform his job because his panel wasn't working. Not really if you want to be ready and don't want to stress about orders not arriving in time etc. Also Chinese New Year is affecting some states so its best to get orders in sooner rather than later ;)

Orders up to about 1/10 shouldnt be affected. Anything after that didn't make the cut unfortunately.

We will be updating more orders this and next week as we get tracking for them

Hey I’ve had my tracking number that says it was created on January 16th in LA. There is nothing more and USPS says it hasn’t been received. In your FAQ section you say tracking numbers are only given out if package has not been received in over a week. Do the tracking numbers work and you haven’t shipped it yet? Or are they just verification of the shipping? Please let me know.

The package has been dropped into a USPS drop box when the tracking number goes up. USPS is kinda weird with their scans. Sometimes they scan them when they come in first thing and other times the tracking doesn't update till the day its out for delivery.

Every now and then a USPS drop box is dead/not picked up anymore and the package doesn't update due to that. If this happens then we reprint the order for you

The youngest you can make a birthdate is June 29, 1997. Will you be able to have younger birthdates soon?

We did that because thats the final year that you could have had that ID issued on your 21st DOB. It's an older ID so thats why we did that

I can get it changed by later tonight though

Think the site is just bugging out for some order statuses. If it was on RTPcomplete then its still on that status.

I've informed my dev about it so should be fixed by tn or tm

I think you guys might be using a dead blue box currently. My shipment is stuck in preshipment and I saw someone who had theirs shipped much earlier say the same. How much of a delay would a dead box cause?

This can still mean it went to a good box but sometimes USPS is lazy with their scanning. Sometimes they dont scan until its out for delivery. Its really annoying cause it makes people think we didnt sent out.

I'm having this same issue, I received my Ohio and Vermont IDS and they came out perfectly, and I have recommended Evolved to all my friends. I am just wondering when the rest of the order is coming. I have the tracking code but It has not been updated in over 10 days.

Its not currently on our list of upcoming states just because sourcing the card stock with a good lenticular lens has been more difficult than we thought
