21done fraying laminate ( self )

So I love pretty much everything about my 21done nIL: the photoshop, OVI, scanning, perfs- everything is great and it's done me well at the top clubs in NYC and various other spots across the country. My only issue is that the edges of the laminate are fraying like crazy just from normal use going in and out of the card holder of my phone case. Anyone else experiencing the same? I feel awkward asking for a replacement because they already sent me 4 to get everything right with my current ID.

mine had the same issue on top right corner, they replaced it. but if they have already given you 4 of them, that should be plenty.

Nail file.
Run it evenly along the top.
I have yet to see a vendor who doesn't have at least some teslin fraying to some degree from the diecutter.

We had some tuning in to do when it came to temperatures and speed involved with the way we replicate the exact feel and look of the real thing. Go ahead and submit a ticket about it and we will get you the newest edition, as always. Also, to be clear I believe you had a few replacements right in the middle of an issue with hologram brightness(quite some time ago), which has significantly been improved to be every bit of 1:1. If you aren't holding that version, definitely jump on the upgrade. You just happened to land right in the middle of a 2-3 week issue and if I recall, had express shipments blasting out to you so you ended up with 2-3 IDs in 2-3 shipments in half the time one would expect to even receive one. I hope you aren't disappointed in our service or our product. Just know, we will always do what it takes to make things 100% with you. We appreciate your business.
