How long would I have to wait until my ID's arrive if the orders were seized??

Was your order 'in progress'? If so it wasn't suppose to change to resending. What is your order ID?

It was in progress for 2-3 weeks 6110-37825
It was marked shipped on May 6th. We believe something happened to this order so we decided to take it upon ourselves to just mark it for reprint so you won't have to contact us to request it
Well, if that is the case, how long do you think it would take for the IDs to arrive?? It would be problematic because I planned to use it within a week or two, and I put down the shipping address for my dorm (which I will be leaving in 2 weeks as well).
