Starting in high school and going through my first two years of college, people knew me as the ID guy. I found being a reseller was pretty awesome since I got paid well just to be social. That being said, by my second year of college, I couldn't do it anymore.
As any reseller will tell you, the amount of stupidity you deal with is beyond mind-boggling. I couldn't handle having to take and edit photos and people changing their info all the time, just for me to have to sit there hours and hours manually inputting a bunch of bullshit info like "issue date" and stupid shit. It was just too much, so I quit doing IDs. Don't even get me started on the number of angry Snapchat messages I'd receive from mad customers since it had been 30 minutes since they ordered and their Id StIlL wAsN't HeRe. That was the worst part by far.
Throughout my 'career', I've gone from supplier to supplier. From multimonth order times to unreasonable pricing, I never found a supplier I liked. Don't get me wrong, there are some quality suppliers out there, but there was always something that could be improved.
I recently decided to do just one more order, helping out some friends. About a month ago, I had a supplier go dark on me. It ended up not being an issue since they came back online, but those two weeks of holding my breath and wondering if my money was lost were brutal. My customers were beyond pissed at the delays, and I couldn't reach anyone for support. I started looking for a new supplier, and I found 21Done.
To say I'm satisfied is beyond an understatement. From a customer perspective, I couldn't be more pleased. The IDs look terrific. I mean, I've seen thousands of IDs from many suppliers, and I've never received such a high-quality ID. In fact, one of my only party tricks is people showing me their IDs, and I can always find a flaw. I've been staring at these IDs for 20 minutes, and I'm afraid my party trick may become obsolete.
Now, from a reseller perspective. To be honest, 21Done was so damn easy to take orders that I might genuinely get back into reselling. The ability to have customers input all their own info then just send me an order# for me to take care of things was whimsical, to say the least. It was like when the Advil just starts to help with your throbbing headache, and you finally get the sweet release of a clear head. 21Done was my Advil.
My customers couldn't find a single thing to be confused about the ordering process, and they can barely type their own names. There was no "issue date" or other random bullshit; it was just DOB and select the desired age. It was absolutely seamless. The ability to use a pre-generated signature and random address saved me so much time when ordering my own ID that I genuinely thought I was missing something.
What did I do when I thought I was missing something? I contact support. Wanna take a guess who wrote back almost instantly? I'll tell you who: the world's best CS. I mean, I nearly got whiplash from how quickly they responded—they were friendly, understanding, and pretty damn funny. When I thought there was a typo on one of my IDs, they offered to replace it, no questions asked. The best part? There wasn't even a typo; they're just that damn helpful.
Now, my biggest issue as a reseller was shipping speeds. 21Done's speeds? Less than a week from order to doorstep, and I didn't pay for a single upgrade in speed. My customers couldn't have been happier. Not a single competitor can match that.
If you're a reseller, who wants to make a phenomenal profit off these amazingly priced IDs while also having your customers adore you because of both the quality and speed, then 21Done is your place. If you just want some IDs for you and your friends, do yourself a favor and order from them. I genuinely couldn't be happier.
Before someone says it, I'm not paid nor affiliated with 21Done. I genuinely wrote a 700-word essay because I'm bouncing off the walls with joy that I found a supplier whose this fucking awesome.
