[Dove] Submitting Portraits ( self )

When you submit an image to us, please comb your hair. If you’re a girl, either have your hair in a ponytail or all the way down. I keep seeing blonde girls with some hair partially down on a white wall, with bad lighting and your hair blends in. For the love of g0d please make all images have a background that contrasts your shirt AND your hair.

it's still fraud doesnt matter what u write on your site. Just like if i lend you $20 and get you to sign that u will pay me back $100 its still illegal and not binding even tho you signed it.

Really just say your making fake ids and not noveltys because if there is no reason to say 23 and under for a novelty , because then your intent is to sell to people to drink which then is not a novelty its fake indentification which is fraud. Just like vendors who let customers pick lic number, there is no legit reason for that , only someone trying to commit fraud would need it changed.

So really its just a vendor being a dick , if u take the money and dodnt do the work thats illegal no matter what your selling or write on your site. Go look up the laws if someone pays for a item or service and doesnt get it thats against the law.

I posted about that before too.

I know it can be seen as a double standard! I think those laws should be changed. The second the drinking age is either removed or lowered to a more reasonable number we're out and I'm sure most other vendors will be too. We make them just for people to drink/smoke. That's just our rule, and there are tons of other vendors if someone doesn't like our rules. You guys have something similar on your materials site too:

WE will not reship any Supplies , So once we give you a Tracking Number that’s it from us. If you don’t like that, then please don’t order. Keep in mind that Machine made ovi is lighter then the ovi you make. It will also have marks and dust and stuff from the factory. If you don’t like any of that please don’t buy.

Personally, I think you should be allowed to do whatever you want as long as you aren't harming anyone else. I know that not everything that can be described like that is legal! But that's just my personal stance. I think as long as you're responsible you should be allowed to drink, do drugs or whatever you like. Similarly, I know drugs are not legal! But I think they should be! Many good LE I've encountered feel the same way! They would never do anything to a drug user, they're only after the dealers and especially only when the dealers are known to be causing problems.

Just like how many DNMs ban fentanyl and strong opioids, and plenty of DNM vendors will rat out other vendors known to be cutting products with fentanyl, because at that point you're harming others. I've never hidden that policy, we're very clear about it, our products are just for underage students who want to party responsibly. :)

We use 'fake' and 'novelty' pretty interchangeably on our site, we call them both, and the only reason we have both is because multiple people wrote the text on our site. "Novelties" are illegal in the US too even if you don't intend on ever using it as a fake. "Movie props" are blank on the back, are obviously fake (completely wrong template, wrong state, etc) or otherwise marked very clearly, and that's the only reason they're legal.

BTW - generally, we only catch this right as we're about to ship the orders out and the ID has already been made, because we don't see any of the IDs until they print (and at that point it's already on an 8up so the materials are wasted already, we've already paid for photo editing, etc). So we have actually done all of the work they've paid for, we're just not sending it out, and we also have to have them cover the time we spent reviewing the suspicious orders (so if anything these orders take more time than the average underage student). So part of the cost also goes to covering our time wasted because they think we don't enforce our own policy.

Regardless on some of the most recent issue Lucy's we have been testing out new features to make them even more useless for ID fraud, once we make sure it won't affect their use to drink we're going to start putting those features on all of our products. So either way, even if we send it out, the ID is useless for that thief.

I love the smell of entitled children with my dinner.

In all reality, that’s literally for what Nani said. The boss and I try to work with everyone to make sure their order goes well if there’s a problem. We’ll only cancel orders that are potentially for fraud, which can be appealed but usually it’s older people trying to 24+ year old DoBs on an ID.

basically every other vendor on here will do the same thing, so what’s your point? if you’re trying to commit fraud, almost all vendors(if not all) will cancel your order and keep your money

If i cancel an order , I refund the money because keeping it is fraud. So you can't say no to fraud then do it yourself.

How is it fraud if we say that we do this though? It is in the terms that anyone who buys from us has to agree to at least 2-3 separate times to buy from us (login page, registration page, checkout page).
