Oldironside messed up signature? ( self )

Hello was just trying to figure out how to contact them about what happened on my end for the totally botched signature. We scanned and sent in three signatures for my buddies and I but mine didn't get put on. Instead they just wrote out my full name in some cursive, not even close to a signature. Messaged them on the website and it's been weeks for no response. Just want to know what I can do to fix it? Other than that there are no complaints on my part.

Edit: They sent me replacements at no cost, fantastic customer service

or they are just ghosting you cause u gave them a shitty sig that they couldn't use and they made one for u

What's their pm? I tried emailing already. I sent the same signature on my real ID, and my friends did the same. Mine is the only one that turned out way too botched.

Those are a absolute bitch to pull off well and take a lot of time. Probably did the first two and all the time it took those and got to urs and said fuck it. They aren’t gonna reprint for this most likely as u send a dl pic
