Ohio ID Issue Date ( self )

So I accidentally had my Ohio ID (Old Template) issue date put to December of 2018 when the new templates came out July of 2018. If I use out of state do you think that there will be any issues with bouncers etc? Everything else is fine.

I highly doubt you will run into problem with it, no one has time to keep up with what was issued when.

Out of state no. In state yes for bouncers especially. Doubt gas stations care
