FYD Reprint only had one of the IDs come in! ( self )

Hey, I put an order on a reprint which took over a month to arrive. When I picked up the order today it only had one of the sets of ID's ordered(which was my freinds) in it and the other set (my ID) was not there. This is for order number 3111-60522. Wanted to know what happened and what is going to be done. Was hoping to have the ID for this weekend

They ship them separately depending on what state. When I got mine, all the Connecticut ids came together, and the Illinois and Florida IDs came in a separate package cause there made in different places

Mine were both nPA and I only had one tracking number. Do you think they would still send separately.
