Where can I get the best CA ids? Must be scannable in ATT/TMOBILE/VERIZON

FYD is your best option for CA. Passes certain image scanners even. If you are trying to sim swap or run some method for free phones, I believe they use ID.me online, which is actually connected to gov data and social security. AFAIK its pretty much impossible to fake and I definitely would not try it. Any vendor will pass a normal barcode scanner though.
