Anyone order from id chief recently i ordered an id about 2 weeks ago and the status has been stuck on rtp completed. I emailed them only for no response. They claim that they respond in 24 hrs but i sent the email around a week ago. Any idea?

idk anything about his customer service but i can tell you whenever a cutomer says our CS doesn't respond it ends up being in their junk folder. just a heads up

Thanks, also had another question. When i go to vvl list and i click on idgod it takes me to the id chief website. but i also see id chief listed as a separate vendor which also leads me to the same site.

I noticed the same thing. I ordered from idgod.com the first of January and is still in RTPCOMPLETED status today. I contacted idchief and asked about this but got no response.

they replied to my email saying that they are held up by the virus. Should get a tracking number soon. When did you order yours?
