Tracking - UPDATE #2 ( self )

Hello all, we looked into the problem of some tracking numbers not showing up.

We found the problem, our shipper we use to ship all packages supplied us a lot of bad ones. Which is why a majority of you had some bad tracking numbers.

Anyways, we have updated a total of 105 tracking numbers. If yours is not updated and still not showing up, we will post the next batch of updated tracking numbers shortly as soon I receive the shipping update of #'s.

Also another Note: Regardless of the tracking issue, your order is still shipped and in route so keep an eye out. Your order could already be delivered. Most of the 105 updated #s we posted are already delivered

There is a potential 300 more tracking numbers we may have to update if they aren't scanned in shortly.

So even if the order stated in progress it still could have shipped or is this for orders that have shipped but with no tracking number?

That is for current orders that are marked shipped. But I recall you having a IL order? That might be shipped all ready to. I will check

Thank you. Yeah I have an IL order that support said would be shipped yesterday, but it just didn’t update.

Can you please update order number 265-35787? I tried asking through a ticket and it's saying that for some reason it couldn't be delivered to my email.
