Intro: Got Nevada and Pennsylvania from Noble a few days ago and just writing the review now so that I don’t forget. A lot of this review is gonna be very similar to the Nevada as I ordered them at the same time so stuff like shipping and communication are basically copy-pasted.
Uncertainty factor: High – only have barbook and online pictures to go off, and my barbook scan is not the best. Also comparing to some other reviews from people who are more familiar with PA IDs (niko <3)
Cost: 80 bucks for an ID is not bad at all. Surprised that it is that much at base considering that PA is a very popular state in the eastern states/coast.
Communication: Really nice and fast. Noble is on our discord as well as having very fast response times via email and the FIDV forums. I’ve never really had a bad interaction with them.
Shipping: As I’ve mentioned before, holy shit. 30 dollars for rush shipping has never taken more than a week in the 3 different times I’ve ordered from noble, from placing order to it arriving at my doorstep. Probably the only overseas vendor where rush is worth paying for imo. Order placed on the 10th, told me it was finished by the 11th night, shipped on the 13th, arrived at my door 16th afternoon (DHL had the estimated date as the 21st). 6 day from order placed to door is actually insane, especially considering that it had to cross US customs. Noble ships rush through DHL or FEDEX I believe, which are often faster than USPS, as well as prioritizing your order. I’ve had another order from Noble came within 4 days as well to a different state, actually insane.
Photoshop: Clean cutout, no complaints there but there appears to be no background shadow, which makes it look a bit like cardboard cutout especially against the blue background. Also looks like it could be cropped a bit tighter than it is. Otherwise, the actual photoshopping job is good.
Template: Pretty impressive, most of the fonts seem to be crisp and match up well with the real barbook pics, as well as the colors and holos being cleanly done. There are only a few things which I think can be improved, and again take this with a grain of salt because I am only really using a mediocre barbook scan. The “Pennsylvania” logo text looks just a bit too thick, and some of the background details look like they get a little fuzzier than the real when looked at closely.
Look and Feel: I don’t have the ID on hand, and I don’t remember exactly what it feels like so I will update whenever I get the chance.
Security Features: Holos – Look nice. Perfs – I thought the holes looked a little big but the barbook picture looks identical, so I don’t think it’s a flaw. Placement on the perf holes is also a bit off center from the ghost picture, which I’m pretty sure is not right. Ghost image – looks fine, like a slightly more translucent version of the real. Don't have UV light on me.
Signature: Not much to say, looks like the one I submitted. Thickness looks just a bit thinner than the sample one in the book, but identical to the one I submitted, therefore no complaints.
Conclusion: Overall, I am actually very impressed with Noble’s work on this ID. I wish I could have had a real ID in hand to compare directly, but hopefully I did a good job covering the features. Normally I don’t like recommending East Coast IDs for several reasons. First, I am unfamiliar with the area as I’m from the west coast and I go to school in the Midwest, I’ve only been a handful of times and therefore my recommendation might not be great, and also, I don’t like recommending Pennsylvania because I see it faked a lot and bouncers generally are more cautious when it comes to states like PA and CT because of this. However, if you are set on getting Pennsylvania, I don’t think that there would be any problem with going with Noble.
Pics: Sorry there’s only one pic, I’m not home and had to have a friend take the picture and he didn’t really know what he was doing. I will try and update this review in the future.
