I think most sites don't offer the option because it is quite rare, I personally think adding it as part of the last name is the best but I'm not too sure

I always put it with the last name, could be wrong but it always seemed right there. and yea just Jr or VI....even had a VII once like what are you the god damn king of england what's up

probably after the last name although it really isn't a big deal because bouncers aren't gonna know either

Depends on the vendors RTP so there's no good catch all for this question but in real life most Real ID states have it next to the last name if it's the name on the birth or social or whatever the applicant used to prove name and citizenship status
