Ordered an ID from OIS, the shipment came and the town on the ID was spelled incorrectly. Emailed the CS to report the problem, and after multiple emails, CS sent a response saying they messed up and would fix the problem. Since then it’s been a Day or so and haven’t heard anything back. I know this company is legit, however this is very frustrating. Looking for some help.
