Placed an order about 2.5 weeks ago. Went from payment received to bad photo contact support. One the site page it says "warning due to some error couldn't upload. Please check image" so retook photos and tried again got the same message. Took about 6 tries of the new photo to be accepted. Then the status changed back to payment received. However when I click on the view order button, where the pictures are supposed to be. There is still blue question mark. so FYD or anyone out there. Can you tell me if I did this right? I have contacted support, the first time. Didn't hear anything back. Just sent a ticket today, hoping to get an answer to make sure it is fixed or not.
