best state for use in mo? ( self )

I’m planning on ordering an o21 tx from OIS but wanted to see if there were any other suggestions. Using in Missouri btw

Where in MO? In the KC area where I go out, you can basically only use an MO or just find someone to get you in.

Used Budget's V1 MO all over the KS and STL areas on both sides of both borders. Never failed me.
