Just wanted to say thank you to all of the customers for your patience during these crazy times! (whether your ours or another vendors)
It truly means a lot to us vendors for you all to be so understanding during this worldwide pandemic. We will continue to work as long as we are able to. More tracking is going up this week and we should finally be caught up with everything by the end of next week. The only thing that can prevent that from happening is if the country goes into a lock down.

If you need to update your address for an order that hasn't shipped yet then please submit a ticket with your order number and the new address. My CS will forward it to me from there. If I'm able to change it I will do it, but if your order shipped then I can't update it. If your account page shows a tracking number or says shipped then its too late to update it.
