We got backed up last time because setting up new equip and played catch up for about 1 month.

I was affected in the seized orders and still haven’t received any updated shipping, my order still is “in progress” and on fed ex my shipping is still “pending” I’ve submitted a ticket and they said I would receive updated tracking by Friday, it’s now Sunday and I haven’t received any updates. I’m not trying to be a pain in the ass but if you are all caught up on orders then why is my status still the same? Order id: 61486-81585
