I sent in my information through a ticket and haven’t gotten a response about my order being marked as failed yet. When will it change?

Well you were supposed to submit your info thru your account page since we reset that when we marked every order failed. We also posted a message on account pages and made a post with instructions on this forum.

I just changed an order that got picked up from failed to paid yesterday. If your order is still showing as failed make sure you submit your transfer to the correct name and location
