You don't have to register an account for WU. The agent is supposed to verify the details you put on the form against your ID though so I guess if you already have a fake with those details go ahead.
Use bitcoin though. You can buy bitcoin with WU in like half an hour, your order will get processed much faster, the vendor will be happier, and you'll save on the vendor's WU fees (we do not receive any part of this fee - we WANT you to skip this fee and pay with crypto).
