Paid FYD since late July, still no IDs in my hand. Almost 6 months and their support is really slow to reply ( self )

I’ve had great experiences with them before pandemic but I would really want some more transparency. Perhaps like a private group chat of verified customers so we can check in on their status. If I had know the lead times were this long I would’ve gone to a different vendor

Hey! I've been waiting for over 2 months for my fake, I ordered it the second week of September and still haven't received anything. My tracking number leads me to just the shipping label being created. My order number is: 3643577-178678. I've tried reaching out to you guys via tickets on your website but have not heard anything back. I know you guys are most likely overloaded with tickets and ID purchases, but I would greatly appreciate a form of an update on the delay of the ID.
