Let me start off responding to you by saying this, you've never once pmd me anything on this forum related to your order prior to this post. You mentioned you placed your order a couple days into January but turnaround times don't begin till your order is marked as paid as per our FAQ. Not sure when or if you paid with WU/MG or BTC since I don't know your order number but that also affects turnaround as stated in the FAQ. Chinese New Year had shut down one of our offices since 1/20 and we made multiple posts about this prior to our closure and linked it to our updates page on the site.

Once we post tracking for orders, the packages have been dropped off at USPS drop boxes. We don't hold peoples orders, that makes no sense. Secondly as it states in the FAQ,

"All labels say 2-3 days to arrive but it never seems to hold true once the packages are in USPS's hands"

In previous experiences, packages sometimes haven't updated on tracking till they're out for delivery. It happens from time to time, that's not on us. Some people have even reached out to me over PM this week when it took a few days to update and they received a day or so after tracking updated. Sometimes they get dropped in a dead box and never get picked up. In this case we simply reprint and reship the order out.

Lastly, you paid for "express" shipping. If you read the FAQ you'd know what express shipping entails:

"Express shipping does not affect production time, it strictly changes the ship time from 2-7 days to 1-3 days once picked up by USPS"

Our avg turnaround times are listed for each state on the product page and I even put up a message on the home page that says add a week to current turnaround times. It's the message that's blinking in all caps, not sure how you missed that...

This is all straight out of the FAQ or off the site. Calling this the worst experience buying off the internet is a bit dramatic to say the least. I update my customers routinely, respond to all my pms/comments, and make sure everyone gets taken care of when they order with us. If my CS isn't being helpful, I'm always here to help. We pride ourselves on our CS, it just seems like you failed to do your part by going through our FAQ and staying up to date with our posts.

Can personally vouch for EvolvedIDS in the last month my order went smoothly and the CS was on point when I wanted a more in depth status update. This isn't amazon, especially with the chinese new year you should be expecting some additional wait.

some of their states are shipped from overseas I am pretty sure;probably just production/shipping error, not to mention Chinese New Years and Corona Virus will most likely delay for a week or two more.

I appreciate the information and you taking the time to look up my order and reply back to me. I will see if I can withdraw my post because all I ever wanted was information pertaining to my order. So, again thank you. I do feel it’s worth stating that the 5 days I lost, are actually crucial. As the old saying goes, time is money and 5 days is going to cost me over $300, unfortunately. That’s what this whole kerfuffle as you put it, has been about. Better late than never, I suppose and if your site’s work is as good as everyone has said it is, then that makes the money lost a bit easier to deal with. Again thank you, Ill see if I’m able to delete or retract this post, because at the end of the day you provided what I’ve been trying to get.

Let me start off by saying I hadn't mentioned anything in this forum because I was trying to resolve this issue without putting your site on blast, secondly my order was marked as paid immediately because I paid in btc. So I'd appreciate it if you take it down a notch, because the only person here who should be coming off like they are frustrated is me because of the runaround your site has given me since I submitted my first ticket. So if you don't mind, please just go ahead please send me my order and you'll. Never have to hear from me again. Thank you. My order number is 13413.

You're missing the point of the first thing i said, you didn't need to mention anything publicly, you just had to pm me if my CS was being unhelpful and I would have gotten this handled or at least given you a better answer. If i was ignoring you via pms or comments then yea by all means i get the reason for the post.

Not sure why you're so frustrated because the average turnaround times are listed on the product page for each state and you chose states that fall within a 2-3 week range. On the home page it states to add an extra week to turnaround times due to Chinese New Years, as i said in my last comment. I made posts weeks prior to CNY to give our customers a heads up but I'm assuming you didn't look at our updates page to see that. All you're questions have been answered either in update posts or on the homepage message on our site.

Just looked up your order and your order was in a delayed shipment that was otw to the USA. It arrived today and your order will be going out into a drop box tomorrow so i apologize for saying it was dropped already. Didn't know that it was delayed till I was informed by my crew today because they've been out of work since 1/20. So there is your explanation as to why it hasn't scanned in.

I didn't hold the order because again that makes NO sense. Had that shipment made it to the USA last week you would have had the IDs in hand today or tomorrow which puts it right on the dot of about 4 weeks. Since it was delayed it added about another 5 business days to the turnaround. So this whole kerfuffle was over an additional 5 business days that you could have just pmd me about. Good luck ordering with another vendor down the road that gives half the amount of updates as we do and doesn't respond to PMs ;)

And while I don’t doubt your site does good business It has not done good business by me. That is my personal opinion. And I am entitled to it. Everything that is stated in your site has been contradicted by the way my transaction has gone. I never wanted it to come to me posting on a forum to get someone’s attention but like I said I submitted 3 tickets all of which were replied too with no more than a single sentence in each reply. And I promise you none of the replies explained anything about any possible delays or anything of that nature. And my order has now been waiting to be received at the post office since the 24th of January and today is now the 3rd of February. So I’m not sure how you can tell me my idea of my order being held back intentionally isn’t correct, well how else do you explain not being brought to the post office yet?
