Idgod.ph I think I lost my all my money ( self )

this was before ordering my fyd id, I ordered a idgod id and I paid for the most expensive one w the super fast shipping and all, and I went to the machine to pay and I thought the machine had a flat rate surcharge of 4 dollars, but nah it was like 14% of the amount I put in or something ridiculous, and I put in the money and I walked out and I was supposed to send .00300200 btc and I guess I sent .00292856 btc and I haven't heard anything from them in a week and i have absolutely no idea how to contact. you think I just took the fat L on that?
