Need a CA ID. which is better in terms of quality and shipping time? wanting to get it by thanksgiving. Currently choosing between OIS, idinstate, and lost. Couldn’t find prices on losts website tho

OIS is the best nCA out of all of them, so if you are heart set in Cali, OIS.
