Lost Identification not pulling through with the contest ( self )

Lost ID had a history contest about a week ago and was giving away free ID's to whoever answered the questions correctly. I know I got answers right and I was the only one to answer some of the correctly and I was never contacted about receiving the ID's. Seems a little unfair to me. I contacted them directly and never heard anything back from them. I really dislike bringing this public because it was a super cool thing for them to do, I just feel a little cheated from this.

I was under the impression that my CS contacted you and sorted things out. So, i did not know that did not happen since my CS told me he talked to you which i guess was not true lol.

I won Q#6 and their CS helped me out and got my order confirmed within 48 hours, hope they're able to sort things out.
