Is IDLucy Still Functional? ( self )

I ordered from IDLucy.net, the link of the VVL, about 3 and a half weeks ago. Considering I paid for expedited shipping, I thought that this was unusually long and sent a ticket. When I went to check in on the site today, the whole thing is getting an error 522 message, which means that something is wrong on their end.

Has there been any news about this? I'd rather not imagine I just lost a good 130 dollars on this to an unaccountable producer, but I guess we'll see.
