Lol the theme gastro pub in River North?
When I'm in Chicago I just don't go to River North by choice because the scene just feels upscale and up priced and NYCish,
but anyways from what I've heard it's a one guy at the door type situation, so you should be fine if you act good for him, as thats more important for places like this, and the Budget MO is good if you send in a good photo, both lams are well matched, better than any other MOs rn.
