Anyone know which states law enforcement doesn't have dl dB images from either there state or out of state images?

Alaska, Oregon, California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Louisiana, Mississippi, Indiana, South Carolina, North Carolina, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Vermont. Oh yeah... Hawaii and Puerto Rico, Guam too. Interestingly, the Virgin Islands are among the others with interoperability.
