Hey, I ordered an ID a while ago and the last name was in the format "John Doe" as two words for the last name. The ID switches up the format of the last name to put it as the first name when scanned. I have explained this issue multiple times through the ticket system, and was assured that it would be fixed. I received the 2nd reprint of the ID and it is still not fixed. assuming that no one actually went into fix it and kind of put it to the side as FYD deals with a lot of volume. Kinda sucks tho Because the ID does not scan correctly and if you cross check the scan with the name on the ID it is easily noticeable. I have not been able to find a resolution to this and if anyone could help me that would be great. Order number - 27988-60648 please contact me if you can help.
