FYD ongoing glitch ( self )

Hey, I ordered an ID a while ago and the last name was in the format "John Doe" as two words for the last name. The ID switches up the format of the last name to put it as the first name when scanned. I have explained this issue multiple times through the ticket system, and was assured that it would be fixed. I received the 2nd reprint of the ID and it is still not fixed. assuming that no one actually went into fix it and kind of put it to the side as FYD deals with a lot of volume. Kinda sucks tho Because the ID does not scan correctly and if you cross check the scan with the name on the ID it is easily noticeable. I have not been able to find a resolution to this and if anyone could help me that would be great. Order number - 27988-60648 please contact me if you can help.

pffffffftttttt honestly your ID will still work. Unless you're going to some really upscale(weed store, nice clubs, casinos, very nice $$$ bars) places most people only glance at your ID. get some balls amigo. Go try to use your ID, its like 10% the ID, %10 the situation, 80% you.

lol i understand I could probably use it at most places, just wanted to see if this was a problem that could be fixed, and wanted security in case I might want to go to a more upscale place.

What state is it? Because what your describing is how some states actually scan................the correct AAMVA formatting would be DOEJOHN....
If you say what State and post pics from an app or the data pull I could almost definitely tell you if it's correct or a mistake

yeah, I didnt correctly explain the problem, but its the same general issue with the format rearranging the names. Here is whats happening - First: John Middle: Brett Last Name: Del Vecchio It will scan as: First: John Middle: Brett Del Last: Vecchio. yeah I understand its not a huge problem, but was just wondering if it could possibly be fixed.

Here is what I'll say. Are you sure you just aren't reading the ID Scanner/reader properly? You may PM me a picture of the barcode and I can check that for you if you'd like.

FYD likes making money, but also hates losing money. He does not want to make reprints so he strives to fix everything in tickets. If your ID still contains a defect, the ticket system is still the proper resolution. Let them know that it wasn't fixed last time (assuming it truly isn't)

yes, I have used the ticket system regarding this exact problem previously, but my main concern is that the glitch was not being passed on to someone who could possibly fix it.
