help with uv ink ( self )

my uv prints out with lines and dots . im using r280 with uv ink from uvstuff dot com .. the printer is brand new and the only ink put in it was uv ink. Why is this happening?

clean ur heads? and make sure to remove the plugs near the rear of the carts
