nWA for CA? ( self )

I was thinking about grabbing a nWA from OIS for use in SoCal because I'm from WA. But from a few things I've read on the forum, I get the impression that I should not get a nWA period. What are your guys opinion?

my local bouncers told me to buy far away states because they don't know the templates very well. I also live in a college town though where you could be living in a dorm, but from anywhere.

Bodyguards are right. One of the principles of buying fake ID is not to buy the ID of the local state, because the local people are too familiar with it.

The other way of thinking about it is that in-state IDs attract less scrutiny cause they're not OOS. When I used an oWA in CA I was always met with suspicion, but when I used an oCA or nCA the ID was barely glanced at

honestly anywhere in Cali is lenient. Used a damn nIl in Sacramento, Fresno and San Diego area at clubs & liquor stores. Never batted a eye, but I do look older sooo idk, just depends on how confident you are and if you look "older" any ID should work.
Sac and Fresno are a joke, SD might be hard though
