Hey OIS, I'm very uneducated in bitcoin and could use some reassurance on the payment. First, I was unsure of what to put in the "payment to address" box in the payment confirmation section. Secondly, how long does payment confirmation usually take?

If you sent the correct amount to the correct address, they'll confirm it. "Payment to address" is the address you sent it to.
