GoPuff not scanning? ( self )

Ordered a spiked palmer from GoPuff to test my FYD ID since I haven’t had a chance to, and it wasn’t scanning. She tried a few times before taking a photo of the front & sending it to GoPuff which they verified, but has anyone ever had that happen previously?

OIS scans ALL DAY on GoPuff... may be the barcode formatting... you should test it at a gas station near you that you know scans (because if it fails you can probs get it back) and see if its a big issue...
Also, have you tried mobile scanners like BCS? And have you uploaded it to pdf417.io to test the barcode?

All the mobile scanners pass. It might’ve been the lighting situation? Since it was around 9:30pm. Also, no not sure how to use pdf417.io. I’ll have to give it a test at a gas station if I can find one selling beer, since alcohol is so highly regulated in this state

Yeah, update me thats odd... I hope GoPuff still works but they could have upgraded to using something like AgeIDs SDK to build their system :(
