Introduction: Ordered the WA ID as a personal. Using this out of state, but I have my buddy's real WA to check it with. Not going to go too much into details here
Communcation: 10/10
I only emailed them once to ask about one of the shipping options because I wasn't in a hurry and the customer service responded within a few hours. Was nice to not have to deal with a ticket system and that they have an email set up. Definitley a bonus over some other vendors that use strictly ticket systems
Cost: 8/10
It's not super cheap, but I've used some of OIS's other ID's before and they haven't failed me before so I figured I'd test out this WA. Was in need of a new one anyway. From my interactions with them, you're paying a premium for their customer service and ID quality ID's gaurenteed. ( as in they'll reprint it if there's something like the barcode or template messed up)
Shipping: 10/10
I paid for the domestic reshipping and it came 8 days after i placed the order... easily the fastest shipping I've ever gotten. They're the goat at shipping tbh.
Signauture: 10/10
Turned out great, I provided them with a PNG of my signature so It turned out excellent. no complaints
Template: 7/10
Definitley not for in state use. This is where things turn a bit "ugly". To give some context to understand my review better, I've ordered a WA from them in the past but lost the wallet that I had it in so I re-ordered it again. They actually fixed a lot of things from the v1 that I initally had before I lost it. I was super happy to see that a lot of the placement issues were fixed as well as getting the UV on there correctly. The v1's coloring was much better than the v2. Although the v2 template is vastly more accurate and has things in the right places and added some things that the v1 didnt have, the coloring of the whole v2 ID is a few shades too light that makes it prettyyyy noticable. TAKE NOTE: I asked them about this and the reason that they said it was different is because they actually started using the real material that the WA uses, which is a pretty big step considering that material is a bit more expensive. I gave the template a 7/10 because the coloring won't match up to the real WA's coloring side by side.
Photoshop: 10/10
realistic, made my headshot look great. Looked like my buddy's. No issue with the photoshop whatsoever
Hologram: 9/10
Really really close to the real, but its just a little different. It's more like a 9.5/10. It's just a tiny bit different. Not noticable at all though
UV: 4/10
This is where things took a bigger turn: I asked why the UV wasn't as crisp as the v1 and they said its because of the new material they're using. However, it came at a cost. Previously in the v1 they had really solid UV that was crisp and crystal clear but it was wrong. There were too many lines in some places but atleast it was prominent. In the v2, they fixed the lines to make it more accurate, but it came at the cost of the UV not being nearly as crisp as the v1. The back UV with the state seal was completeley butchered. One glance at it with a UV light and you're getting denied wherever you go
Scanning: 10/10
OIS is supreme with the scanning, never not had my scan and all my old ID's still scan. great stuff
Conclusion: 6/10
Although using the real WA material to make the fake is a great idea, it came at the cost and set back the ID back a good amount. It should be used out of state, and somewhere where they won't use blacklight. Perfect for gas stations or food markets.
To sum up what needs to be fixed:
- Make the front UV lines crisper and not as blurry
- Completeley re-do the back UV. It needs to be re-evaluated
- The template needs to be a few shades darker
Pics? they won't fuckin upload sorry idk what to tell you tails is acting up
