Intro: So I got a WI ID, mainly because I'm a Packers fan lol. As usual, OIS hooked me up with this ID and 2 others in about 2 weeks time. Out of the 3 I got, I think this one is worth your money the most, and let me tell ya why. However, just because I think it's worth the money, does not mean it is without flaw.
Holo 7/10: So this ID is similar to an NY ID in some ways. For example, it has no holos, so instead I'm going to talk about the ghost image window and part of the back. The window looks good; nice oval shape. The picture seems like it could be a little more to the left though, as many pics I've seen show the red leaf overlapping the image more. On the back I'm going to talk about the pattern over the organ donor info. It's a pretty interesting tactile pattern on the back, and you can see "WISCONSIN" when reflected in the light. I like it, it gives it a real feel and shows attention to detail.
Template 7/10: This ID has some pretty nice features, but also things I think can be improved. First thing I want to talk about here is the DL#. I was worried OIS wouldn't match the code that the WI IDs have but they did it no problem. My real ID has a similar code, and this ID has the same first three digits as my real, so props to OIS for paying attention to that stuff. The templates seem ever-so-slightly curved which does bother me a bit. Raised details on this include DL#, DOB, swirly design by ghost image, and expiration. Speaking of expiration, OIS got the term right on this one (yay). I can't help but think my birth month and year are a little too faded below my ID Pic. Also, the microprint with my info behind my signature seems almost invisible, I just have a feeling it should be a tad darker. The yellow line beneath Wisconsin at the top seems very bright, making it hard to see the microprint. The microprint on the blue parts of the line are much more visible. ID has a couple artifacts/things that clearly shouldn't be there, but not enough to make it feel cheaply made. Last thing for this section is the swirly pattern I mentioned. At the beginning, it feels like it should be more legible. It took me a couple minutes to realize the beginning was my birth month and day lol.
Photoshop/Sig 8/10: I feel like the sig should be raised...but I feel OIS pays enough attention to details like that so I'm probably wrong. Looks solid, similar technique to the NY IDs as it's zoomed in about the same amount. Not gonna spend much time here.
UV 7.5/10: Leaving room for uncertainty. So, I'm going to continue to relate WI to NY and say this ID is almost covered in blue/purple UV ink on the front. Unlike the NY ID, there is no UV on the back, The reason I have uncertainty is because I feel that like NY, the UV ink patterns should be made up of more colors. It's good, the details are all there and definitely believable still. I think this could fool the places that actually check UV out of state, I just wish I could be 100% on the colors.
Overall, a good choice from OIS with a score of around 7/10. It's mot perfect, it's not ISP, but it's good. Because of how similar this ID is to NY, it may have good chances of working well there. I believe this because it feels almost exactly the same as NY IDs (maybe a tad thicker), so maybe they won't be as doubtful how it feels...lol that's just my little theory, could be wrong. With that said, I'm happy with it. I'm a lil far from WI, but I feel the fair quality of this ID lowers suspicion of it. Midwest kids or big colleges in general, this ID isn't bad. If you're a Badger, consider a different state.

EDIT: I'm gonna go back on my UV rating and give it a 6.5/10. Its believable, but it needs to be crisper and im getting the feeling the back should have some form of UV. Okay it looks like it should have shit on the back, kinda surprised OIS looked over that
