how to make ID look old and worn??? ( self )

just got our ohio fakes from FYD, they look dead on the real one i compared to my sisters real 21 id and my real ohio license. we all live and go to school in ohio and are using instate, definitely instate passable on college campus the color and everything is right but it’s a little too shiny and new looking especially because it says i got the id “in april”, real ones are kinda dull and less hologrammy. So, has anyone made their id look worn and dull without ruining it? also any tips on make the ID more straight it’s SLIGHTLY bent not a harsh bent line but the id itself curves a little, probably from packaging. Also random question does fyd id’s scan AND swipe? my last one from idgod only scanned.

Stick it in a jar of peanut butter. Put in fridge for ~4 hours. Then Microwave for 15-45 secs. Gives it the perfect worn look

Make sure to use crunchy not creamy though. With crunchy the little peanuts give a more weathered look imho.

I've only used "Smooth" and "Creamy" Peanut butter. Those worked fine. Anything but the organic really works well. Organic is too oily and needs an emulsifier

My OH FYD swipes and scans. I've asked the same question about adding wear to the same ID and was called a retard ¯\(ツ)/¯ no ID is perfect.

lmao. so you didn’t do anything to it just use it looking shiny? will it be cool?

It will wear like a normal ID after some use. However if you're referring to the OVI being too bright there's just no fix, it's a common problem with a ton of Ohio IDs.
