What shows up when you scan a fake Id on a box scanner? Does it show “fake”?

From what i understand there are different levels of "box scanners". There are low end and high end ones...may pass low end simple one...maybe...but dont take my word for it...definitely wont pass high end scanner...best advice i can give is try to steer clear of all of them if possible...i dont know exactly what "shows up" on the screen....i just know they can certainly detect fakes without a doubt

There is 3 levels of a box scanner but its not 3 boxes its the 1 box. People have passed the box on low so Moon man isn't wrong on his post he just didn't understand the 3 levels are in the box not 3 boxes.

So there's only one type of box scanner. These optically compare IDs to file samples stored on the box itself, so no ID from this sub will pass. Then there's advanced scanners, which check the formatting of the barcode. Then there's just regular scanners, which pull info from the barcode without checking formatting. IDs on the sub will pass regular and advanced scanners, but not boxes
