Tracking uploaded for the last two to three weeks worth of orders was invalid for multiple people, a bug in the system used to upload tracking was found, resulting in some people receiving tracking that wasn't theirs. If your order says it is going somewhere that isn't where you entered, then you have the wrong tracking number. All orders shipped to the correct address. Wait for your order to arrive because it is in route if it hasn't already delivered to you. We will update tracking once we get the website sorted out. Bad timing, I know.
We were down all day over a ddos attack. We are going to go ahead and do some updates and changes on the back end that require the website to be down anyway so it's a good time to go ahead and get that out of the way. We have been receiving a massive amount of orders and with certain changes made in an effort to improve production, some of the changes backfired and have resulted in us failing to meet our 1 week ship time every week on time. Sometimes we have taken 2 weeks to ship, and that is just too long. Any longer is ridiculous. We are doing everything possible to get things back on track the way they were for years without fail.
We will be extending this batch out by a day or two to give everyone time to place their orders.
Your patience and understanding during this time while we get things cleaned up is greatly appreciated. As of this time, expect the website to be available on Thursday morning with batch closing Thursday evening, but that may change depending on how things go today, whether that be for sooner, or later. I will keep you updated.
