stay far away from it man i know someone who got caught with 1 and charged with agg id doc fraud f2 felony pun by up to 15 yrs in fl and tbh i got both shots n feel just fine even old lady got sick n i did not so must work somewhat get the shot lol

You can buy them at any CVS, you just have to get a little needle in your arm then they give you a fake card

Doesn’t vaccine card list actual DOB on it though. If you are going to college at least in NYS you need one for school and it’s probably best not to use an altered document for those purposes. A lot of venues around nyc especially as venues reopen are going to ask for vaccine card for authentication
