I don't mean to bother, but I submitted a support request on idking, and it has not been resolved yet after 4 days. I also never received a confirmation email in the first place, so I suspect something is wrong on one end (probably mine). I'm just wondering if it would be possible to get back to me about this. I suspect it's a bad idea to put the ticket tracking ID on here, so I won't do that unless requested.
