Intro: I'm super stoned writing this so please disregard any mistakes :^) Also, I will try to make this review as UN-BIASED as possible.

I’m not sure how many of you were active on the reddit sub before it got banned cause this site of full of fucking noobs. TedDanzigSR arguably made the best MI to grace the sub. Mind you, I’ve had a Ted for quite a while now and I've always wondered how Lucy's MI held up to "the best ID on the sub". I never had the money to pay for a Lucy back then but I was constantly looking at reviews and paying attention to the little things sub members mentioned about the ID. And let me tell you Lucy has come a long way. I decided to buy this before they closed for the break just to add it to my collection and finally be able to compare them side by side with my own eyes. However even though this will be a TEMP comparison between the two, I will also be comparing to an over21 physical (I've held it in hand before but at the moment I only have pictures so please bear with me)

Communication 10/10: I’ve re-sold a few Lucy ID’s so we’ve kind of maintained a relationship. Lucy is usually busy looking at memes so nani-the-fuck will usually be swift to respond on the ticket system. You’ll more than likely get a response to your ticket within a day. Can’t complain.

Cost 7/10: They’ve got the best Michigan ID on the market. That’s just a fact. OIS and g0d don’t come nowhere near their production quality. For $125, I’d like to see a free dupe included but you almost won’t need one in the future due to the quality of the ID. And from a business perspective I can understand why they do this; if the product is that good, including a dupe would just be a waste and take away from profits. Shipping 8.5/10 : 2 weeks. They have had some of the most consistent shipping times in the past and still continue to do so. You can expect your ID’s in 2-3 weeks. I would say 2 weeks but to my knowledge they make all the ID’s in batches whether that be weekly or bi-weekly. Depends on the volume but really it’s out of the customers control. 2-3 weeks solid.

Stealth 6/10: You’ll be fine if no one opens your mail. If you’re still sketched, you can ask them to wrap it in paper.

Photoshop 10/10: I’m actually genuinely pleased with the photoshop. It looks very realistic. They add some nice ear shadows and play with the brightness. It could use a little bit more grain but that’s about it. The photo does look a tad bit zoomed out. Comparing to the physical it’s off by just a little, but more than likely this varies from ID to ID and DMV to DMV so you shouldn’t even worry.

Temp 8.5/10: First things first, the temps are nearly identical. I’m referring to all 3 ID’s when I say this. I’ll be focusing on minuscule details. The “Michigan” header. Definitely one of the hardest parts of the ID to replicate. It almost never comes out identical. While Lucy’s isn’t perfect, it’s definitely up there in terms of quality. I would rate it 8.5/10. It’s just as good if not better than Ted’s. Color matching on the header is basically spot on. Can’t really spot any differences. Oh also you should note, that the positioning of the header varies from ID to ID because the real ID’s at the DMV are pre-printed (I hope that makes sense. If it doesn’t sorry)

Next up, the thing that stands out most to me is the REAL-ID STAR. It’s considerably smaller than the real. I don’t know if the position of the star matters, but it needs to be made larger. The difference isn’t massive but it definitely stands out. The coloring is pretty spot on as well. If anything it could be slightly more yellow but it’s not a make-it or break-it. Ted’s star size is identical to the real, and the difference in size can be seen in the pictures.

This part may be a bit confusing but I’ll attempt to explain as best I can. On the real, in the areas where the guilloche comes all together, the color of green darkens a bit or at least appears to darken. It’s difficult to explain and can’t be seen in the photo. Both Ted and Lucy have the guilloche however, Lucy’s only very very slightly darkens. It’s almost as if the heavy guilloche sections on the ID are almost flush (in terms of color) with the background (this goes for both Ted and Lucy). This same thing also applies to sections on the bridge. Once again it can’t be seen in photos but the blue hue seems to darken up a bit. Put simply, some areas should appear to be darker but instead the whole section seems to be the same color with no difference in color. Again this might be confusing and I apologize for that.

The positioning of all the info is identical. I would suggest spacing out the raised text numbers just a bit but that’s all. The font for the RT is essentially the same as the physical.

Perf time. The perfs on Lucy are pretty visible. What I mean by pretty visible is that they can be seen at times when they really shouldn’t be seen. The good thing about this, is that it makes it much easier for light to pass through so when a light is shined from behind, the perfs look clean as fuck. Ted’s perfs are pretty hidden but they let slightly less light in. Perf positioning varies from ID to ID so no need to worry about that. On the back of the Lucy ID, five air bubbles can clearly be seen over and around the perfs. Check that out in the pics

Onto the back of the ID now. Immediately noticed that the gap on the left side of the ID between the edge of the and the “MEDICAL ALERT” text and brackets is noticeably larger than the right side. The gap on both sides should be equal. With the gap on Lucy’s being larger on one side, it gives off the appearance of the back of the ID being off-centered. Quite a noticeable issue. Aside from this and the perf issue, the back is identical.

Holos/Ovi 7/10: A little dim on Lucy’s. OVI on the real is extremely detailed so it’ll definitely be difficult to replicate. The OVI is not bad by any means but there is definitely room for improvement.

Sig/Scanning 10/10: Sig placement is on point and it scans.

Conclusion: Lucy is the best domestic vendor in terms of quality and reliability. In fact his ID is one of the best on the market. I’m not shilling that’s just a fact. If you can’t see it then you’re blind. Overall it’s a quality ID. 8.5/10
